The main objective of carrying out this dissertation is to study various road transportation issues and come up with possible mechanisms to deal with them in most appropriate ways. For this our main emphasis is upon developing following techniques: 1. A complete working system for monitoring and managing real-time traffic scenarios 2. Shortest Path between any two locations based on real-time traffic density. 3. Tracking of any specific vehicle.
