Mr. Joseph R. Carreon is a public secondary school teacher at General Emilio Aguinaldo National High School. He graduated with the highest distinction for the degree of Master of Arts in Educational Management in De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. He is an accomplished research presenter at regional, national and international conferences.
