Several literature sources show that only few practitioners know how to apply these constraints properly in developing the construction schedule. The author MR. EFOLE, FRIDAY EZIODAWHE was born in 1962 in Olomoro town, Isoko LGA of Delta state, Nigeria. He holds BSc in Quantity Surveying, MSc in Construction Management and MPhil in also in Construction Management. He is currently studying towards a PhD degree in Construction Project Management at the University of Jos, Nigeria.
