Part and parcel of the functional requirement of the current project work is to enable the development of the central knowledge repository referred to as Knowledge Warehouse and unify all the Universities within Nigeria through ICT Network Digital Grid and Speed 4G/5G Broadband connectivity to distribute Information Resources on real time data synchronous transmission mode . Scientifically, this research will enable the implementation and Consolidation of the Federated Multimedia Digital Library (FMDL) to operate on the top-level Scientific Multi- user Framework on policy based computing to distribute resources to all Libraries system normalized and updated within it access control list.
