This study reveals that using the nematode worm C. elegance with enhancing our understanding of functionality of genes. This Caenorhabditis elegans is a model for identification name of targeted genes then select 113 precursors and 26 miRNAs retrieves from miRBase and these miRNAs target 610 genes in human. In this prediction we found exact name of Potential genes with their function and These genes regulate various genomic function with oncogenic transformation, myelogeneous leukemia, Alzheimer's disease, Alzheimer’s disease, spinal muscular atrophy, poly cystic kidney disease and muscular dystrophyLoeys-Dietz aortic aneurysm syndrome (LDAS),adermatoglyphia, Parkinson disease,lymphoblastic leukemia, hypervalinemia and hyperleucine-isoleucinemia, giant axonal neuropathy (GAN), Turner's syndrome, Klinefelter's syndrome and Triple X syndrome Color blindness, hemophilia, and Duchenne muscular dystrophy .
