Delia Badescu is a former professional athlete with high performances in heptathlon competition. She activated as a trainer for Romanian athletes who participated at national, international and even Olympic competitions. Both authors are professors at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, with a rich experience in sports, teaching and innovation.
