Secondly, the author intended to develop WSM guidelines to supplement GEFMA guidelines on WSM activities.

Jana Kolpakova (1993, Tallinn, Estonia) having graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Free University of Berlin in 2015, decided to continue pursuing her education goals by studying Facility Management at the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) Berlin. The present work is based on her Master's thesis.
