There were several methods for preparing nano materials. Among wet chemical routes, the combustion technique could produce the nano scale powders of silicates (La10Si6O27) at a low temperature in a less time. Characterizations techniques of nanoparticles using XRD, SEM, FTIR, TEM, EDAX, DRS, Photoluminescence, Photocatalytic, Electrochemical Studies and characterizations techniques for nanoparticles were also discussed.
