Case-based learning: CBL is an active teaching approach that puts the learner at the center of the knowledge acquisition process. We conducted a teaching session using this method and then evaluated the satisfaction and perception of our learners. The results showed an overall satisfaction with this method. The learners clearly perceived the advantages of this approach, which motivated them to learn while developing their critical thinking skills and their ability to work collaboratively. The learners also emphasized the relevance of the topics covered and noted that this method reinforced their previous knowledge. This method is part of a pedagogical approach based on discovery, in which learners identify their own shortcomings through case studies, thus encouraging self-training and active participation in their own learning.
