Everyone uses the mobile device to connect the Internet and then access all kinds of services Thus it is a big challenge how to maintain the QoS and keep the connections under the mobility environment Many studies proposed host based fast handover schemes but these schemes are hard to be widely used This is because the mobile device must support mobility function For solving this problem we propose two network controlled handover mechanisms that the mobile device does not participate in the handover procedure in mobile edge computing The evaluation results show that our schemes outperform other existing schemes
