This book highlights our contribution to the provision of diagnostic and therapeutic services for international patients from many countries in the world, including the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Our specialized experiences demonstrated global therapeutic gaps in cerebral palsy and autism disorders. Here, we are describing two more international cases. A Brazilian girl with severe cerebral palsy, refractory epilepsy, and cortical visual impairment, and a Turkish girl from Sweden with post-asphyxial cerebral palsy. Through evidence-based multimodal therapies incorporating neuroprotective, neurotrophic, and anti-spasticity agents, these cases demonstrate measurable developmental and quality-of-life improvements. This book highlights the value of personalized, evidence-based approaches in neurodevelopmental disorders, underscoring Iraq's emerging role as a provider of world-class medical care.
