Ermal Subhan, born in Malang, February 6th 1969, graduate from the Doctoral Program Environmental Science of Palangka Raya University, Indonesia in 2020.Currently as Head of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia since 2017.
