This book further discusses the Concept of War in Islam Concisely. In present circumstances, different concepts about the religion of Islam are floating in the minds of the people. Some hold that the religion of Islam is a religion of wars and terrorism others label Islam with extremism. But in reality, Islam promotes neither terrorism nor encourages extremism. Islam preaches tolerance and moderation. In another chapter, it discusses that in present situations especially in Syria civilian are being killed both by ISIS and by NATO forces without taking any care for humanity. International humanitarian law by theory is capable to protect the civilian in war but in practice, the principles of international humanitarian law are being violated because the violation of principles is the culture of unprincipled life.

Jamsheed Ahmed Sayed was born in small village Bagla of dist. Doda, Jammu and Kashmir (Indian occupied Kashmir).The Author has recently completed Ph.D. thesis from the University of Kashmir in the dept. of Political Science and also holds masters in history. Author also obtained his M.Phil. in Political Science from the same University of Kashmir.
