Dr. K.B.G.S.K.Gamalth has been completed his Ph.D. degree in January 2017. He has conducted his Ph.D. research at the School of Public Policy and Administration, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, (HUST), Wuhan, Hubei, China. His research was focused on a local case study based on the Local government sector in Sri Lanka.
