With this work, the author will describe and evaluate the ministry setting and the operation of Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church of Delray Beach, Florida with the four generations existing within the congregation. The goal here is to: (1) pinpoint to the Haitian Church leadership and the Haitian Christian community the barriers that keep the church disconnected, (2) provide practical strategies that can help them break the barriers, (3) provide resources that can facilitate the adult generations to take their responsibilities of disciplining the younger generations, and (4) formulate suggestions that can facilitate the transmission of faith from one generation to the next.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Pastor Evens is a graduate of Haiti State University, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS), and South University.  He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church and teaches at the South Florida extension center of NOBTS. He is married to his sweet heart Filise Jules.
