Thobius Joseph was born in Tanzania. He received a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering, 2014 and Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering in 2016 from The University of Dodoma-Tanzania. From 2018 he started to work as Assistance Lecturer in IT - University of Iringa. Since 2013 he is involved with IT & Telecom industry.
