Study about Hookah at Koilandy: "the project" that has been completed here, and in result I have realised certain factors of inadequate scenario of subject. In the present days, Hookah business is facing a very serious crisis. I am being studious on the subject, preferred to choose Hookah business as subject for my project. To begin, I had visited three leading Hookah manufacturing factories out of five of this nature located and functioning in Koilandy Taluk. As part of my visit, I interacted with several workers of various caliber, including Mr. Ramdas who is President of the concern society. My keen observation reveals following conclusions: few foreign countries have offered their demand for hookah and supply could not be materialised, since production processes were stuck due to various adverse reasons. Lack of initiation from the part of government machinery as well slackness of relevant association is solely responsible for it. In view to maintain the factories dynamically live and healthy, the government would have taken the major part of the share of the company and also by exploring fresh job opportunites.
