For this purpose, a measurement was carried out in mesocycles 3 and 9 with direct and indirect measurements to evaluate the behavior of the technique and to give empirical validity to these exercises. The idea of undertaking this work arises as a consequence of the technical deficiencies found in the athletes during the execution of the competitive movement of the discipline in the 2013 National School Games.
