Important findings.Time Series data from 2001 to 2015 related to food grain production and related variable have been taken for Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Varanasi, and Chandauli districts This study subjected Time Series Data to Tabular, Graphical representation, and Regression Analysis. Important findings of this study are: Only Jaunpur District made marginal progress in rice, wheat, oilseed,and pulses. Chandauli district is very productive and fertile soil and the productivity of wheat, pulses and oilseed highest comparison to other district in division and second number in rice and sugarcane productivity. Chandauli district found the maximum growth per-cent of wheat in districts and Jaunpur for rice. In view of sugarcane the productivity are positive Growth in the entire district in division but the decline of area of all districts are very alarming and need special attention. Pulses and potato production has gone down.
