This book seeks to design the programming of a virtual ICT system, through a model of virtual cascade application for the identification of the diagnosis of the academic and disciplinary situation of students in primary schools. Through the programming of this ICT system, innovation is developed in virtual classrooms, in which students participate in academic activities and a learning environment is created, where students develop together with an expert in the area of psychology and systems engineering of the primary education center, to improve in this way the intellectual capacity and creativity of each of the students of the school, with the participation of parents in the process of educational and comprehensive training of children.Thus, with this work it can be concluded that the programming of the interactive ICT system, is a great contribution and a great tool of easy virtual and economic access to timely solve the problems related to the indiscipline of students in primary and secondary schools, both nationally and internationally.
