It is an endeavor to identify the government and non-government organizations' efforts to protect the rights of women. This work is significant because violation of women's rights is a worldwide problem and India is no exception to it. It is trying to cover women from all segments of the population to reach the truth in this project. This book will be very crucial and helpful for the researchers who are working on this issue.

Sukhpal Kaur (Dr.) after obtaining a Ph.D. degree from Punjabi University, Patiala, opted for the teaching profession in 2014. Her research papers, three books as sole author two as co-author, had been published. She participated and presented her research papers in national and international seminars, conferences, and workshops.
