Chibuzor Chika is a PhD Student at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Rumoulumeni, Port Harcourt. He holds MSc Ed in the same discipline and a BSc from the University of Port Harcourt. C Chika is a scholar and member of the British International Safety Organization, and also a member of Research Gate, LAMBERT Academic and Google Scholars.
