Electric mobility is making its presence felt, more so in the developed markets of Europe and the USA than in emerging markets. In India, where adequate in-frastructure for electric vehicles is yet to be established in a big way, most OEM's are developing e-variants of their existing models, probably to be ready for the e-revolution as and when it happens in the country and when the government enough incentives to make these ecofriendly vehicles viable for buyers and profitable for their manufacturers.
