In the course of the application of this law, scientific studies, views of NGOs in the natural resources sector and other claims have decried a mining regime that is not equitable, that is more favourable and generous to mining companies, while the State and the population derive only residual income from the exploitation of the country's natural resources.

Jean BAVITISA SEKE,nacido en Boma, originario de Mbanga, en el territorio de Tshela (Kongo-Centro/RDC). Estudió Literatura en el Instituto Mgr. Ndudi 2, es licenciado en Derecho, por el departamento de Derecho Público, mejor laureado de la Facultad de Derecho (2017-2018) de la Universidad Presidente Joseph Kasa-Vubu (UKV), abogado del Tribunal de Apelación.
