The research is aimed at solving the scientific problem: How to contribute to the development of the ability to rehabilitate SOMA conditions in the teachers of the Health Rehabilitation career, the objective was to design a didactic strategy of the Teaching-Learning Process for the development of the ability to rehabilitate SOMA conditions in the teachers of the Health Rehabilitation career and in the integration of the contents of the guiding subjects of the career. Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used to obtain the information. The sample represented the entire population. The proposed didactic strategy was corroborated by experts' criteria. A before and after study was carried out, which showed that the Program was effective, obtaining progress in the different stages planned in it. The results achieved were socialized in events. The dialectic relationships established in the design of the Didactic Strategy favored the dynamics of the continuous improvement process, constituting the precepts that characterized its essence and development.
