RAJAT KUMAR DWIBEDI ha conseguito la laurea in Ingegneria elettronica e delle comunicazioni presso l'Institution of Engineers (India) di Kolkata nel 2001 e ha ottenuto un master in progettazione VLSI nel 2009 presso la Sathyabama University di Chennai, India. Attualmente sta svolgendo un dottorato di ricerca presso la Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation (VMRF).
