Inhaltsangabe

Software project management refers to the branch of project management dedicated to planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, monitoring and delivery of software and web projects. In this book you will find didactic strategies designed to manage a software project in the Computer Systems Engineering course at the Tecnológico Nacional de México campus Cd Valles. Project management is based on establishing, executing and monitoring the fulfillment of specific, achievable, measurable and realistic achievements that lead to accomplish useful tasks for the organization. This is done with three objectives always in mind: to control the initiation and evolution of a project, to detect problems that may arise and find ways to solve them, and to lead to the final completion and approval of the project. In each of the didactic strategies presented in this book, a product is obtained that must be measurable. A work team must be organized and a software project management guide must be used to measure, control and verify the progress in order to achieve the success of the software project.
