The generation, transmission, distribution, and consumer subsystems are the components that make up an electric power system. Real-time monitoring and remote control of elements such as generators, substations, transmission lines, and other physical facilities become increasingly necessary as the consumption of electrical energy continues to rise. Mr. P. RAJVEL NAGARAJAN is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, J P College of Engineering, Tenkasi.
