Man has always tried to attain perfection in all his endeavours. Finishing is considered to be very difficult and time consuming in conventional Begg therapy. But the same has become very easy with the PEA system. If tip, torque and in out compensations built into the appliance is accurately suited to the patients dentition, and if the brackets are properly positioned then only minimal wire bending should required to complete treatment. The concept of occlusion requires detailed study of stomatognathic function such as mastication, speech, deglutition as well as careful investigation of inter relation ship of morphology of particular stomatognathic organ and resultant function of overall stomatognathic system. When in harmony, these two elements produce optimal health of component parts of the system.
