Dr Sandhya Aggarwal has the credit of doctorate (Ph.D.) with the new brainstorming topic "Digital Initiative" on which she researched for the first time; has published two edited books and more than 22 research papers. At the moment, She is working as head, Fatehabad,India. She has developed two MOOCs: DATER and IREUR under UNESCO project.
