Sabirov Khasan Nusratovich was born 1990 in the city of Bukhara. He completed his Bachelor's degree in 2013 and his Master's degree in 2015. In November 2021, he received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Economics (Econometrics and Statistics). Head of the department at the International Nordic University.
