I must confess that I initially focused the book on smaller companies, hence its title which I did not want to change, but after reading it and making additions and corrections, I understood that the topics covered and the fourteen principles presented are really applicable to those companies of any size that have not understood the great changes that are happening and will continue to happen and have remained clinging to the past; a past that could have been successful but that today is the ballast that prevents them from entering the new world of companies and entrepreneurs with a global vision and local action. I also analyzed that the principles presented, but above all the form and scope of these, were not really applicable to larger companies and large companies, because their organization and the resources they have at their disposal allow them to adopt more sophisticated techniques.
