While incurable, treatments like Riluzole and Edaravone can modestly slow progression, and supportive care—such as non-invasive ventilation, feeding tubes, and physical therapy—helps manage symptoms. Emerging therapies, including gene and RNA-targeted approaches, hold promise for the future.
