When I later went online to try to find the image for a closer look, I came across a different "Card" showing a woman cleaning, accompanied by the words, "Some call it OCD." I call it "I'm not a dirty person." For example, there seems to be increasing media attention to the disorder, so you've probably seen occasional references to "Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder" outside of medical settings, as I have in the media.
