Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

P.K. Nishad, is a Senior Research Fellow at ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal. He obtained M. Tech (Agril. Engg) with specialization of Agricultural Processing and Food Engineering from IGKV, Raipur (C.G.) in 2016 and B. Tech (Agril. Engg) from IGKV, Raipur, in 2014 . He has also qualified ICAR-NET examination in 2017.
