Dr. Galahad Randall S. Unciano is a Filipino language scholar aeducator, with  decades of experience in higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Education (Language Education). In July 2017, he established the Ghietuary Research Consultancy in Social Sciences (GRCSS), an independent firm offering research and consultancy services for academic work.
