Inhaltsangabe

Polarization Correlometry Systems of Optically Anisotropic Biological Crystals Networks presents a novel polarization-correlation approach in laser polarimetric diagnostics - Stokes correlometry of polycrystalline structures in biological tissues and liquids. This methodology integrates correlation analysis with conventional laser and autofluorescence polarimetry to provide: Polarization and Stokes parametric maps of azimuth and ellipticity. Mueller-matrix images and invariants of polycrystalline architecture. Laser-induced polarization and Stokes maps of autofluorescence. The approach introduces new polarization-correlation parameters, including the complex degree of mutual polarization (CDMP), complex degree of mutual anisotropy (CDMA), and two-point Stokes vector parameters. Based on these, innovative biomedical diagnostic techniques were developed, such as KSVP and KSVA microscopy and Stokes correlometry. This volume systematizes studies on differential diagnostics of pathological, necrotic, and degenerative changes in polarization-inhomogeneous fields and the optical anisotropy of polycrystalline biological structures.
