The book examined the Influence of Teaching Methods and Instructional Resources in Achieving Political and Social Awareness among Civic Education Students in Kano State Senior Secondary Schools, Nigeria. The study was guided by eight (8) objectives and eight (8) hypotheses. The research design for the study was the quasi-experimental design inform of pre-test and post-test group. The population of the study was all the public senior secondary school II Civic Education students in Kano State totalling one hundred and twelve thousand two hundred and fifty-three (112,253). The sample size for this research comprised of one hundred and thirty (130) students from intact classes of four (4) selected schools from two (2) educational zones and multi-stage sampling technique was used in the study. The instrument used for the study was Political and Social Awareness Questionnaire (PSAQ). Face validity was sought while reliability of the instrument were determined. Hence, the internal consistency reliability which stood at 0.952 on 50 items was established.
