This study focuses on analyzing and comparing the last-mile delivery performance of major e-commerce logistics partners operating in Coimbatore. Last-mile delivery is the final stage of the supply chain where products are transported from a distribution center or local hub to the customer's doorstep. It plays a crucial role in determining customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and the overall success of e-commerce businesses.The main objective of the study is to evaluate the performance of logistics partners based on delivery speed, customer satisfaction, and delivery accuracy. The research also aims to identify the factors influencing delivery performance and provide suggestions for improving the efficiency of logistics services.The study adopts a descriptive research design. Primary data were collected from 99 respondents through questionnaires, and secondary data were gathered from books, journals, and websites related to logistics and supply chain management. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tools such as percentage analysis and ANOVA.The findings reveal that most respondents shop online monthly and frequently use platforms like Flipkart.
