In Panama, strategic mechanisms are sought to make learning meaningful for students in the educational system, it is essential to strengthen soft and cognitive skills through the strategy of Problem Based Learning. This methodology transforms the teaching and learning process from the traditional memorized to the active exploration and generation of knowledge.
