The field data-based model approach establishes for the phenomenon, which consists of various inputs in the industrial activity at the place of work. The response variables of the phenomenon established a quantitative relationship among the responses and inputs. Both the inputs and the corresponding responses are measured. Such quantitative relationships are known as mathematical models. Two types of models are established, viz. the model using the concept of least-squares multiple regression curve referred as mathematical model and the other is an Artificial Neural Network Simulation based model.

Dr. Surekha P. Washimkar did her doctoral research in Electronics Engineering from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. She has been working as an Assistant Professor at Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur, since 2006. She has published 28 research papers in international Journals and a book chapter in Scopus.
