Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

I was born in Kinshasa on July 25, 1984. A former member of the Spiritan Congregation, I hold a Master's degree in Political Philosophy and a Master's degree in International Environmental Law. I am the Founder and Executive Director of the NGO Vision for the Protection of the Environment and the Ecosystem (VPPEE) and the Executive Director of ACTE.
