Little bear Fluffy decides to make a dragonfly kite by himself. When he finishes, he brings the kite to the hillside but fails to fly it up for the first time. He thinks the wings are asymmetric, so he sits under a tree to trim the wings. The second time, he fails to fly it up again and believes the dragonfly body is crooked, so he pastes it again. The third time, he fails once more. This time, he gets very angry and wants to step on the kite. At this moment, a rabbit comes and she says the kite is beautiful and asks whether Fluffy could make a kite for her. Then, Fluffy regains his confidence and decides to make a good kite.
