Step by Step Chinese: Intermediate Listening includes a set of four volumes, with each volume containing a textbook, a workbook and four audio cassettes, all sold separately. This is Workbook Volume 3 in the set, which contains 14 lessons and 2 unit tests for the students to do extra exercises. Each lesson basically has the following sections: new words and expressions (with pinyin and English explanations), grammar points, intensive listening, and extensive listening. The listening parts contain various exercises. Lessons 8 and 16 are unit tests. There is a comprehensive vocabulary list on the back of the book.
