He has designed online transaction processing (OLTP) applications, Interactive Voice Response System, Smart Card Ticketing, e-Commerce, data warehousing and disaster-tolerant solutions for Indian Railways. He is a recipient of the Computer World Honor Program Medal for using IT for the benefit of society.
