In the present book efforts have been made to identify the problems faced by the seekers of justice with respect to the delivery of legal services. The quality of legal services available to people depends largely on the competence of the members of the bar. Preliminary observations have also been made about professional over crowding traditional and socio economic divergence globalization of the bar social security plight of client malpractices by para professionals and other incidental matters.
