Biografía del autor:
Emilia Azcárate (Caracas, 1964) estudió Artes Plásticas en la Central Saint Martins School of Art en Londres en los años ochenta. Ha realizado talleres y residencias de artistas en Venezuela y Trinidad. Obtuvo la Beca del Programa de Subvenciones de la Fundación Cisneros Fontanals, Estados Unidos y el Premio Arturo Michelena, Venezuela. Entre sus muestras individuales más recientes están las de Distrito 4, Madrid (2011) y la Galería Farías Fábregas, Caracas (2010).
