Motion graphics ― eine digitale Technik, die die Sprache herkömmlichen Graphikdesigne mit den gestalterischen Mitteln der visuellen Sprache von Film und Animation verbindet ― ist eine der am schnellsten wachsenden Bereichen im Grafikdesign. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Wang Shaoqiang ist Professor und Doktorandenbetreuer der Fakultät für Design, Visualisierung und Animation der Universität von Guangzhou (China). Er ist ein überaus produktiver Heraus-geber, dessen Veröffentlichungen sich mit internationalem Design, Architektur, Branding, Kommunikation, Trends und Kultur beschäftigen. Zudem ist er Herausgeber der Magazine Design 360° und Asia-Pacific Design. Er ist Gastdozent an vielen Univer-sitäten, Design-Akademien und –Organisationen und Jurymitglied für die prestigeträchtigsten Design- und Illustrationspreisen in China.
