This study is an endeavour on the basis of the Christian theological tradition to overcome the tendency of the human's arrogant domination and reckless exploitation of nature. It is further asserted that this ecological vision of the world can contribute to a spirituality of life and peace and to a Christian life committed to cosmic justice.
