Mr. Firdous Ahmad Malik was born at Malikpora Pulwama. He has completed his masters in Political Science from Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST). He is currently pursuing his Masters in Education (M.ED) at the University of Kashmir. Mr. Firdous has also done a Masters in Islamic Studies as well as a Bachelor of Education (B.ED.). Heis a vivid writer and has already authored his debut book "Indo- Pak Bi-Lateral Relations: Nature of conflicts and Remedies for Peace Process". Besides, he has published a few research papers in national and international journals. Miss. Shubeena salaam pursued her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Education (B.ED.) and a Masters in History from Kashmir University. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Education (M.ED.) at the University of Kashmir. She has attended a number of seminars, conferences and workshops related to her subject. Mr. Altaf Ahmad Sheikh was born at Sugain Khag Budgam. He has completed his master's in sociology. In addition, Mr. Altaf has also done a Bachelor of Education (B.ED) and Masters of Education (M.ED). Mr Altaf has presented many lectures in the MOOCS programme. The author has participated in several workshops, conferences, and seminars related to his subject. He has presented different papers in different national and international seminars. He has also done NET and JRF in education. Besides, he has published a few research papers and book chapters in national journals. He is currently pursuing his integrated M.Phil /Ph.D (2024) in education at the University of Kashmir.
